Callaway Mavrik irons are designed for golfers who want to combine maximum distance with forgiveness and consistent performance. For this series, Callaway used Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) for the first time to develop a unique clubface for each individual iron. This optimizes ball speed, launch, and spin for every club in the set.
Thanks to Flash Face Cup technology, you maintain high ball speeds across a large area of the clubface. Even with less precise contact, distance is better preserved, leading to more consistent results on the course. The low center of gravity also helps to launch the ball easily, while the strong lofts ensure impressive distances.
The urethane microspheres in the clubhead dampen unwanted vibrations without sacrificing speed. As a result, the irons feel surprisingly soft at impact, despite their focus on distance and forgiveness.
This set is equipped with Midsize Grips.
