De Cleveland Launcher W Driver is ontworpen voor golfers die vooral vergevingsgezindheid, een hoge balvlucht en speelgemak zoeken vanaf de tee. Het grote 460cc titanium clubhoofd geeft veel vertrouwen achter de bal en biedt een ruime sweetspot, waardoor ook minder zuiver geraakte drives een bruikbare afstand en richting kunnen behouden.
Wat deze uitvoering vooral onderscheidt, is de combinatie van Thin Crown Technology en een lichte graphite shaft. Door gewicht boven in het clubhoofd te besparen, kon de gewichtsverdeling worden gericht op een makkelijker te lanceren en stabielere balvlucht.
De Cleveland Launcher W is daarmee vooral geschikt voor golfers met een rustigere swingsnelheid die moeite hebben om voldoende hoogte uit hun driver te halen. Een toegankelijke driver voor spelers die makkelijker willen lanceren en vooral meer vertrouwen en consistentie zoeken vanaf de tee.
